East Windsor Police Athletic League Facility Use Rules pertaining to Covid 19 All persons entering onto the East Windsor Police Athletic Leagues (PAL) complex are required to execute and submit a liability waiver prior to entering on the complex at 30 Airport Road , East Windsor. The only persons permitted on the complex are coaches, assistant coaches, approved volunteers, registered players and one (1) parent/guardian per player and only during the time slot scheduled for their participation. No other siblings or spectators are permitted. Registered players and guardians are required to wear a face mask/face covering while on the complex. Players/guardians may choose to wear gloves if so desired. All personal protective items (PPE) are to be supplied by the player/guardian. It is recommended that the player/guardian bring hand sanitizers and or wipes with them. All water bottles shall be clearly labeled with the players’ name. Social distancing is required and is to be maintained at all times. Congregating in parking lots, common areas or fields is not permitted. The maximum number of persons permitted on an assigned playing field or area is 15, including coaches. Parents/Guardians are to remain outside of any designated playing area and are required to follow social distancing during the time they are on the complex. The use of bleachers/grandstands is prohibited. The consumption of food while on complex is prohibited. All visitors/participants must remove all personal belongings and any trash generated (including disposable water bottles) with them and off of the complex. No players benches shall be used on the soccer/multi-purpose fields, Baseball dugouts are limited to a maximum of 4 players in each. Batting cages will be limited to one player and one coach per cage at a time. Additional players that are “waiting” for their instruction shall not congregate at the cage area and shall maintain social distancing at all times. Coaches/players/visitors shall not take the fields or assigned areas until their scheduled time slots and shall vacate the areas assigned when their time is up. There shall be no lingering or congregating after and all coaches/players/visitors shall exit the complex as soon as practical. Any violations of these rules will lead to the expulsion of the violator and forfeiture of any registration funds paid. Everyone is in this together, and everyone’s compliance and cooperation is expected!
