New Players

The program invites all those who are interested in the sport to give it a try.  We offer many opportunities throughout the year for new players to experience the game, make new friends, and have fun.

Fall Camp

Our fall camp is designed to introduce the basics of the sport to beginners and improve experienced players.  All campers will be separated by skill level so that they receive the appropriate instruction.  For more information click here (add link to camp page)

Winter Clinics

The winter clinics will take place weekly in the Hightstown High School Annex and offer players an opportunity to improve their skills in advance of the Spring season.  The schedule for the winter clinics will be posted in the calendar (link) section of the page when they become available.

Spring Season

Spring is the primary season for lacrosse.  After the Winter clinics end in March, the teams will start practicing outside two to three times per week to get ready for the upcoming games.  The season runs through early June.

To sign up for the spring season, download the registration packet (link) and return to the PAL office.  All paid registrations receive a EWPAL lacrosse car magnet.
